One World Cover is a healthcare specialist insurance brokerage company based in Shanghai. I was approached by friend and CEO David Bortz to create a logo that could tie in to the medical industry, that was clean and memorable and had a connection with the company’s chosen name.
The curved element cradles the company name from above and is intended to appear as if light is appearing over the horizon of the earth. A symbol of a new beginning (sunrise) and of consistent support and care.
The colour palette is very simple using a strong teal blue, muted greys and tints of varying degrees of these base colours. The use of blue was to reinforce what has historically been used in medical and healthcare brands and products.
Johnny has worked as a designer with my firm for more than two years. During this time he has demonstrated a deep knowledge of the intricacies of corporate image and marketing. Johnny is knowledgeable about the needs of his clients and demonstrates well-developed communication skills with our company. Both I and my colleagues view Johnny as an excellent resource and asset to our firm.
